Our orders are printed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays.) If for some reason there is a delay in printing your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

Shipping

Your order can be shipped via:

  Orders shipped free will be sent via First Class Mail or FedEx Ground depending on the size of the order.
• Saver Shipping (1-4 Business days depending on your distance from Chicago)
• Next Business Day Shipping (Next Business Day)

If you're in the Chicago area you can pick up at our facility. Normally Next-Day shipments that go out on Friday are shipped for Next Business Day (Monday) delivery. FedEx Saturday delivery is often available (at an extra charge) for orders being shipped out on Friday. If you want Saturday delivery, be sure to specify when you place your order or call us at 800-347-2744.

International Shipping

• We ship small orders (10 pins or less) via First Class Mail International.
• Larger orders are shipped via Priority Mail International or FedEx International Priority.
