International Shipping
We ship small orders (10 pins or less) via First Class Mail International. Larger orders are shipped via Priority Mail International or FedEx International Priority.
Saturday Delivery
Normally Next-Day shipments that go out on Friday are shipped for Next Business Day (Monday) delivery. FedEx Saturday delivery is often available (at an extra charge) for orders being shipped out on Friday. If you want Saturday delivery, be sure to specify when you place your order or call us at 1-800-347-2744.
Return Policy
Graphicsland is committed to customer satisfaction; We want to exceed your expectations. If you’re not head-over-heels thrilled with your product, give us a call at 800-347-2744 (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) and talk with a real person who will do their best to correct any issues. We will reprint or refund the cost of any product that you’re not happy with. Simply return the product to us within 30 days of the invoice date. However, we cannot take responsibility for typing, or the quality of images supplied by customers. We do not proofread or check spelling in customer designs or files.
